All of us have a journey that is unique.  No two are just alike- somewhere along the lines of snowflakes and thumbprints.  No two people end up taking the exact same steps and go in the exact same direction.  No two of us are aiming for the same thing.  Ever.

Sometimes our journey is going just as we had hoped it would, and then other times, we find ourselves waking up in the middle of something we never saw coming- and wondering how we got here.  Now I’m sure this is not earth-shattering, 'oh-my-gosh-let-me-pick-up-the-phone-right-now' news to you, but this is the starting point of the work I do as a Life Coach.

As your coach, my first order of business is to help you to realize, define and claim your goals. If you are a caregiver to a loved one, it's even more imporatant to own and claim your goals, and not let your dreams get lost. I help you discover what direction you want to go in. Through this process of defining your objectives, I learn more about you, your values,  and what motivates you.  

Next, we start moving in the direction of those goals- step by step. We walk along together. Don't picture me  across from you, picture me beside you.  I am part cheerleader, part motivator.  I am your coach. As we go along, and detours or diversions get thrown in your path, (which they invariably do) I will help you to go with it while keeping your destination and goals in mind. This is where the ‘trusting’ part comes in. I will hold you accountable, and  you will learn to trust the journey.
